ELIMINATOR
Eliminator is a recently created Cross Country discipline, divided into two main disciplines, divided into four-way battles over a short and intense course, with urban and artificial obstacles. The competitors fight side by side in fast heats where strength, technique and placement are key, and where details are often decisive in determining the final result. The elimination rounds follow one after the other until the final four.
Barcelona will once again host a World Cup in this discipline. The top international competition will make a stop in the Catalan capital and will welcome the best specialists in the world. The organisers have also announced that the event will be broadcast via streaming.
The MTB Eliminator World Cup Barcelona 2025 is part of the Cycling Week BCN, a weekend in which Montjuic will become the capital of cycling with the addition of Down Urban BCN.
